Manus till Stripes skrevs av Harold Ramis tillsammans med Len Blum och Daniel Goldberg. Så det är inte helt säkert att han skrev talet ovan. Stripes ,som också var Ramis skådespelardebut, är en något ojämn film. Men jag har alltid gillat den här scenen. Ramis var med och skrev flera andra bra filmer, som Animal House, Ghostbusters och Groundhog Day. Den sistnämnda regisserade han även.
